Tastefully furnished and styled, the main living space boasts a beamed cathedral ceiling, oak flooring and a cosy window seat to take in the lovely views. The ground floor consists of a spacious main bedroom with delightful en-suite and a very useful hallway with a cloakroom containing an additional basin and WC. There are gardens to all sides with mature shrubs, lawns and flower beds and a private patio area for enjoying an evening’s tipple.
Nearby there are many interesting attractions and places to see including the market town of Bedale, delightful Leyburn which offers craft workshops, a chocolate maker, shops and pubs and High Parks Tea Room and Gallery with a mini golf course and gift shop. There are many walking routes and cycle trails in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, plus historic York is within driving distance. An excellent cottage which is ideal at any time of the year.
